What is it? Dwell Bible is an iOS and Android app where you can engage with the Bible through listening to innovate playlists, Bible listening plans, passages and more.

Why I like it. This app give several unique voices. You can choose the speed and volume of the voice as well as include reflective music to enhance your listening experience.

Try this! Sign up for the free app with full functionality but limited content. The annual and lifetime plans for this app go on sale several times a year. Sign up for an account to stay in the loop about these sales. Listen to the book of Ruth on the free app or check out my favorite playlist called "Sleep to the Sayings of Jesus" on the paid version.

What is it? Blue Letter Bible offers a free iOS app, Android app and website. You can search for specific words, highlight, mark your favorite Bible passages, access free commentaries and interact with a robust Hebrew and Greek Interlinear!

Why I like it. This app and website offer comprehensive Bible study helps. You can easily search a word in the Bible, copy and paste multiple verses and access the Hebrew or Greek information for a specific verse with a simple finger tap.

Try this! Look up your favorite verse using the magnifying glass. Tap on the verse to access notes, bookmarks, highlight options, commentaries and more!

What is it? YouVersion is a free online Bible, iOS app, Android app and Kindle Fire app used by millions of people. It offer audio Bibles, devotionals, Bible reading plans, a Scripture meme creator, a prayer list tool, an opportunity to connect with friends and more!

Why I like it. This app and website provides so many ways to engage with the Bible. One of my favorite features is the meme creator where you can turn a meaningful Bible verse into a phone wallpaper or a beautiful picture to encourage a friend.

Try this! On the app tap the daily story (think Instagram or Facebook stories) at the top of your home screen. Here you'll see a daily verse, 2 minute devotional video, prayer and reflection opportunity.

What is it? Bible Gateway offers a free website, iOS app, Android app and Kindle Fire app. You can search for a specific word in the Bible, use study tools, listen to an audio Bible and more!

Why I like it. I use the Bible Gateway website often. This website makes it easy to search for a word or phrase in a verse. You can easily copy verses into a document for further study.

Try this! In the search bar look up a word in the Bible such as "happy" or "love." In the right column you can filter by book of the Bible so that you can see the references to that word in each book of the Bible.
